Carol is responsible for the logistics of distributing IPNI publications. This includes processing orders requested by phone, fax, mail, and through IPNI’s online store; maintaining customer database; performing all invoicing and accounts receivable functions, and tracking of inventory items. She manages mailing lists for Better Crops with Plant Food, the Catalog of Educational Materials, as well as other periodicals.
